Engineer Internship

Currently accepting resumes for a summer intern in our Indianapolis, IN office.  Responsiblilities will include field work (surveying, smoke testing, manhole inspecitons) and engineering work.  Candidate should be pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.  Candidates must be team oriented and have good communication and organizational skills. 

Engineer

Currently accepting resumes for an entry level Engineer in our Indianapolis, IN office.  Responsibilities include design of drinking water, stormwater and wastewater projects.

Candidates must have 0-2 years experience with design and construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering projects.  Candidates should have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution and have certification as an Engineer Intern.  Candidates must be team oriented and have good communication and organizational skills.

Project Manager/Office Manager

Project Manager/Office Manager in the Fort Wayne area.
Responsibilities will include planning, design, construction administration and project management of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects; marketing to develop our northeastern Indiana civil and environmental engineering clientele; development of our Fort Wayne office including interviewing future employee candidates and performing office administration.
Candidate must have 8+ years experience with water, wastewater and stormwater design and construction projects and possess an Indiana P.E. license (or ability to obtain through reciprocity).  Marketing experience and project management experience is also required.  Candidate should be a self-starter; team oriented and have good communication and management skills.

Technician

Position for Fort Wayne area.  Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD to prepare engineering construction drawings for site development, municipal water/wastewater and stormwater projects, and assist with technical support on presentations.  Must be willing to perform field work such as smoke testing, manhole inspections, and construction inspection.  Previous experience in these areas is favorable.

Candidate should have 2 plus years experience on water distribution and treatment; wastewater conveyance and treatment, or stormwater collection and treatment projects.  Ideal candidate will be a good communicator, technically competent, and team oriented.

Project Engineer

Responsibilities include design and construction administration of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects in the Fort Wayne area. 

Candidates must have 0-4 years experience with design and construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering projects.  Candidates should have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution and have certification as an Engineering Intern.  Ability to obtain Indiana P.E. license (or ability to obtain through reciprocity) is a plus. Candidates should be familiar with funding agencies (SRF, OCRA, RD).  Candidates must be team oriented and have good communication and management skills.

Construction Inspector

Responsibilities include construction inspection of civil and environmental engineering projects in the Fort Wayne area. Previous inspection experience with wastewater, drinking water and stormwater system projects is necessary.

Candidate should have 5 plus years experience on water distribution and treatment; wastewater conveyance and treatment, or stormwater collection and treatment projects. APWA construction inspection certification is also helpful. Ideal candidate will be a good communicator, technically competent, and team oriented. Good client contact and management skills are essential.

Electrical Engineer

Candidate must be able to work as part of a team focused on electrical projects for municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities, commercial/industrial power and lighting, standby power systems, and instrumentation and control systems. Candidate will work closely with engineers and other designers to develop engineering design documents.  The candidate will provide design and AutoCAD drawings that include conduit and wire sizing, electrical equipment layouts, lighting layouts for interior and exterior of buildings and structures, single-line diagrams, schematic wiring diagrams for motor control, and process and instrumentation drawings as required for each project under the technical guidance of a Professional Electrical Engineer. 

Candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a working knowledge of the latest version of the National Electrical Code, and be team orientated with good communication skills.
