Construction Services
The Construction Services Discipline provides support to the design and management teams in Pre-Construction and Construction Phases for all Wessler Engineering Disciplines. By getting involved early in a project, our experienced staff provides valuable input into the constructability and construction process and becomes engaged in the project long before construction begins. This input and engagement provides a better overall project for our valued clients. Once construction begins, our experienced Resident Project Representatives (RPR’s) monitor the construction process and work closely with the management team to ensure the project is being built in conformance with contract documents.

- Participate in Pre-Design Project Assessments
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control Reviews (QA/QC)
- Constructability Reviews
- Budget Preparation
- Monitor Contractor Conformance with Plans & Specifications
- Maintain Daily Records of Construction Progress
- Provide Construction Administration on Select Projects
- Participate in Project Debriefings
