Mary serves as vice president with experience in stormwater drainage, environmental planning and permitting projects. Mary is responsible for the technical oversight and quality control of environmental projects and is experienced in stormwater drainage design, stormwater quality design, stormwater pollution prevention planning (SWPPP), stormwater utility formation, wellhead protection planning, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting for industrial and municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s), spill prevention control and countermeasures (SPCC) planning, and environmental impact evaluations.
