Joseph serves as assistant group head in our wastewater collections department. He manages efforts for sanitary and combined sewer rehabilitation projects, design of new sanitary sewer collection systems and evaluation of existing collection systems. He assists communities by preparing technical reports that provide the groundwork for successful construction projects.
