Brent serves as a principal engineer with professional experience in stormwater planning, drainage improvements and sanitary sewer rehabilitation projects. He is involved with the development of stormwater master plans and drainage improvement projects throughout the state. Brent's extensive wastewater collection system experience includes inflow and infiltration studies and sewer rehabilitation design projects. He has played a primary role in the planning, design and construction of the Indianapolis International Airport’s aircraft deicing runoff controls and stormwater management infrastructure.
