Jay serves as a senior project manager. He has a diverse background in water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure planning, design, construction management and construction administration; as well as value engineering, dispute resolutions, utility operation, negotiations with regulatory agencies, and public communications. He also has experience providing the multi-disciplinary coordination necessary to offer complete solutions to different challenges faced by municipalities. Jay's experience in the consulting industry provides him the knowledge needed to serve as an advocate for both our clients and our staff.
