Dylan has been employed with Wessler since May of 2006; he serves as both President and Drinking Water group head. He manages the design and construction of source water, water treatment, water distribution and water storage projects along with studies of drinking water systems, master plans and hydraulic and water quality evaluations. He assists communities and water systems with funding of these projects by working with the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, Rural Development and other state and local funding sources.
