A Message from our President
Our vision — “There is no water problem we can’t solve together” — was born in a planning session where we were looking for a statement that emphasized capability, reflected who we are, and captured our confidence, our culture, and the way we approach every challenge. That statement became our guide, big and small — the benchmark we reference when deciding if a project fits, and the inspiration that drives our teams in Midwest communities.
“Together” is the heart of it. It shapes our core values, Quality – Respect – Responsiveness – Rooted – Relationships, and defines who we are: staff, clients, regulators, and communities. It means asking questions, listening first, and connecting our expertise to our clients’ goals. We're confident in the quality and responsiveness of our staff, but we're also rooted in our relationships with colleagues, client and communities. Here at Wessler, we're focused on water, and we want to be known by clients, staff, competitors and regulators as the team that solves water problems, all of them, together.
