Our vision — “There is no water problem we can’t solve together” — was born in a planning session where we were looking for a statement that emphasized capability, reflected who we are, and captured our confidence, our culture, and the way we approach every challenge. That statement became our guide, big and small — the benchmark we reference when deciding if a project fits, and the inspiration that drives our teams in Midwest communities.

“Together” is the heart of it. It shapes our core values, Quality – Respect – Responsiveness – Rooted – Relationships, and defines who we are: staff, clients, regulators, and communities. It means asking questions, listening first, and connecting our expertise to our clients’ goals.
