About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Revit Technician to support our civil engineering design and project teams in the development of accurate 3D models and construction documentation. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build technical expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, modification, and maintenance of Revit models for water and wastewater design projects
- Produce drawings, schedules, and documentation in accordance with project standards
- Support project teams by incorporating redlines and design revisions
- Maintain model organization, file naming, and drawing standards
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers to resolve basic model issues
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings
- Learn and apply company BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent technical training)
- Basic proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Understanding of construction documents and drafting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or academic project experience using Revit
- Familiarity with Civil 3D and/or other AutoCAD design software
- Basic understanding of building systems (architectural, structural, or MEP)
- Exposure to BIM workflows and coordination processes
