About the Role
We’re expanding our Dublin office and seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager with a Professional Engineering license to lead drinking water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Central Ohio.
What You’ll Do
- Lead planning and design of drinking water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects
- Develop water main, pump station, and sanitary sewer designs, including hydraulic analysis and system sizing
- Prepare engineering reports, design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal infrastructure projects
- Serve as Engineer of Record on select projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff
- Engage with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies to support project delivery and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- PE license (Ohio or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
- 8+ years of experience in drinking water, wastewater, or related civil infrastructure design
- Proficient in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance, sewer modeling/design, pump stations, and utility infrastructure planning
- Familiarity with state and local permitting and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, client management, and project leadership skills
