Wessler Engineering is proud to announce Brad Robertson, Field Services Manager, as the recipient of the company’s 2016 President’s Award. Brad has been with the company for 10 years, serving as a field services manager and a resident project representative. He has more than 20 years of experience as a field technician, and acquired his associate’s degree in construction technology at Indiana State University.
“Brad is truly a deserving employee that we are very proud to have with us,” said Brent Siebenthal, President of Wessler Engineering. “From his focus on quality work in the field to his dedication to helping others, he is a great example of what More than a Project is all about.”
The President’s Award is given, on an annual basis, to those within the company that have exemplified the true meaning behind what it means to be More than a Project.
“I am truly honored to be named as the recipient of the 2016 President’s Award, and must say it was very unexpected and a very humbling moment,” Brad said. “I am truly blessed to come to work every day and be surrounded by such great, hardworking and very smart individuals. A friend of mine mentioned my name for the field services position 10 years ago, and that has been a job I have taken great pride in. Thank you to those who took me under their wings on my first day. It seems like it was just yesterday when I was greeted and put to work immediately. It is truly a pleasure to work with such great people each and every single day. It really has been amazing and I have been taught so much.
