Marking the tenth year of being recognized, Wessler Engineering was one of 125 companies honored as a 2021 Best Places to Work in Indiana company as part of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 16th annual awards, sponsored by Ivy Tech Community College.
CEO Marty Wessler reflected on the firm’s core belief in the value of its team members identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the company.
“All of us at Wessler are grateful to be recognized as one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work for the tenth year. We value every employee and the contributions they make to our culture and our success. Our team members’ opinions matter in what we do and how we do it. We know exceptional talent attracts other talent, so we utilize the report we receive to continue enhancing our employee retention and recruitment initiatives.
“We make a point to listen to our employees’ input and feedback on work/life balance and benefits and use their valuable perspectives to strengthen and improve what we offer for those who work hard every day to help make our clients successful,” Wessler said.
