Gary serves as the technical services director and a senior project manager with professional experience in treatment plants, combined sewer overflow (CSO) long-term control plans, and CSO control projects. He is responsible for the planning, scheduling and technical quality control/quality assurance of all our wastewater treatment projects. Gary specializes in the planning and design of wastewater treatment facilities and is involved in the study, design, bidding and construction phases of projects throughout the state of Indiana. His experience includes wastewater treatment plant projects ranging in size from 0.25 to 60 million gallons per day.
