Marty has been employed with Wessler, a water resources consulting engineering firm that his father and mother founded in 1975, since 1988; he serves as chairman and chief executive officer. Marty is a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) and has expertise in water resources engineering, more specifically potable drinking water and wastewater treatment, distribution and conveyance, water resources recovery and stormwater.
