Bill has been employed with Wessler since July of 1999; he serves as both vice president of IT and Stormwater group head. He is a recognized leader in stormwater management with his areas of expertise being planning, modeling and project management. Bill prepares comprehensive stormwater or combined sewer system models for airports and communities throughout the state.
