Marking the ninth year of being recognized, Wessler Engineering was honored as a 2020 Best Places to Work in Indiana company as part of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 15th annual awards, sponsored by Ivy Tech Community College.

Wessler ranked 36th out of the 40 total winners in the medium-sized companies’ category of those organizations who have 75-249 U.S. employees.

CEO Marty Wessler reflected on the firm’s core belief in the value of its team members identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the company.

“All of us at Wessler are humbled and grateful to be recognized as one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work for the ninth year. We value all the contributions every employee makes to our culture and toward our success. At Wessler, team members’ opinions matter in what we do and how we do it. Successful companies know the value of attracting and retaining top talent, so we utilize the report we receive to continue enhancing our employee retention and recruitment initiatives.

“We listen to our employees’ input and feedback on work/life balance and benefits and use their valuable perspectives to strengthen and improve what we offer for those who work hard every day to help make Wessler Engineering successful,” Wessler said.
