Huge Thank You to Our Recent Retirees

Our industry is ever-changing and part of those changes are team members coming and going. We celebrate our employees who have recently transitioned into the next stage of their lives: retirement!

We want to extend a huge thank you to David Schminke, Ron Nolan and Jim Kovacs for their years of service to Wessler Engineering. We appreciate everything you have all done for Wessler over the years and we hope you enjoy your well-deserved retirement!

The first member of our team to retire this year was David Schminke, a member of our wastewater group based out of our Evansville office. Having worked at Wessler for ten years, David became a retiree in February. Before retiring, David said he was excited to get out on the lake for some boating and fishing to celebrate a great career.

Next, we want to congratulate Ron Nolan on his retirement that began last month. Ron served as a member of our survey group for 18 years and said he was looking forward to taking it easy and playing a few rounds of golf as well as doing some volunteer work with his new free time.

Finally, we want to thank Jim Kovacs, known around these parts as “Coach K”. As one of our business development representatives for the past five years, Jim built many positive relationships with clients throughout the great state of Indiana. With Jim’s retirement starting this month, he says he is looking forward to traveling with his wife and continuing to run and bike in various locations around the globe.

Congratulations to all three of these members of the Wessler family on their successful careers and moving on happily into retirement!
