We are very pleased to announce that Dylan Lambermont, P.E., LEED AP has been promoted to the position of president of Wessler Engineering. Following 14 years of exemplary leadership under Brent Siebenthal, Dylan becomes just the fourth person to serve as president, with responsibility for the day-to-day operations and executive leadership of the company.
Brent Siebenthal, P.E. will have the new title of “past-president” and will continue serving the company and our clients in the role of principal and treasurer. Having served as president since 2010, Brent shared the following comments during our recent holiday party: “It has been an honor serving as this company’s president. I am proud of our company and our employees and am looking forward to things to come as we continue with our leadership transition plan.”
Dylan joined the Wessler team in 2006 as a project engineer after being interviewed by Brent himself. He later took on leadership roles with his most recent position being executive vice president.
During the holiday celebration, Dylan shared his thoughts on his promotion: “I appreciate the opportunity Brent gave me then and the one he is giving me now. Brent, thank you for your leadership, guidance and perspective. I am truly honored and humbled to accept this role at Wessler Engineering. I want to express my gratitude to Brent, Marty, the board of directors and everyone who has supported me on this journey.”
