HR Generalist
About the Role
The HR Generalist position at Wessler will assist with various human resources and recruitment tasks. Responsibilities for this position will include assisting in: maintaining personnel records, updating internal HR metrics, preparing HR documents, administration of employee benefits, resume screening and recruitment searches. Assisting the Vice President of Administration with projects and assignments as needed.
This position will work with the administrative team with duties being assigned by the Vice President of Administration. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Candidates should have strengths in being a good communicator, technically competent, proactive, a problem-solver, willing to learn, quality-oriented and work well in a team structure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in similar role.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be proficient with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
