State Road 44 Reconstruction

With existing pavement in poor condition requiring complete removal, the Wessler team partnered with Rushville officials to provide the design for reconstructing the pavement, curbs, sidewalks, approaches, and drives on State Road 44.

The traffic signal at Second and Main Streets was modernized as part of this project. New storm sewers were constructed and drainage was coordinated with city officials. Accommodations were made for on-street parking throughout most of the project.
