Resident Project Representative

About the Role

Description:

Responsibilities include field investigation, construction inspection and support for civil and environmental engineering projects; including manhole inspections, smoke testing, infrastructure condition assessments, site investigation, and construction inspection and reporting. Work will require daily communication and coordination with project owners, engineers, and contractors. Work will consist of primarily on-site field work but may also include some office work and reporting. Previous construction or inspection experience with wastewater, drinking water and stormwater system projects is desired.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have 5-8 plus years’ experience in the construction and/or inspection of water distribution and treatment; wastewater conveyance and treatment, or stormwater collection and treatment projects.
  • Ideal candidate will be a good communicator, technically competent, and team oriented.
  • Good client contact and management skills are essential.
  • This position is based out of the Northwest Indiana office but may require travel and/or periods of stay in other parts of Indiana and Ohio.
