Wessler Engineering Recognized as a 2022 Best Places to Work in Indiana

Marking the 11th year of being recognized, Wessler Engineering was one of 125 companies honored as a 2022 Best Places to Work in Indiana as part of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 17th annual awards.

Senior Vice President of Administration Melissa Mitchell reflected on the firm’s core belief in the value of its team members and in establishing a desirable company culture.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

  • be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity
  • be a publicly or privately held business
  • have a facility in Indiana
  • have at least 15 full-time employees working in Indiana
  • be in business a minimum of one year.

Winners were selected from four categories: 53 small companies of 15-74 U.S. employees, 38 medium companies with 75-249 U.S. employees, 24 large companies of 250-999 U.S. employees and 10major companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees.
