Wessler Engineering has – once again – been voted one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana for 2019!
Wessler took home the honor for the first time in the Medium Companies category. This year also marks the first time Wessler was in the Medium category. Prior to this year, Wessler was recognized seven times in the Small Companies category.
Through collaboration between the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Best Companies Group, the top companies in the state were determined by employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. All companies that participated in the 2019 Best Places to Work program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. In turn, this report can be used in developing or enhancing employee retention and recruitment programs.
The actual rankings for the companies will be unveiled at an April 30th awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis.
