Wessler Engineering has – once again – been voted one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana for 2018!
Wessler took home the honor in the Small Companies category, where it has now been recognized for the achievement 6 times.

Through collaboration between the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Best Companies Group, the top companies in the state were determined by employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. All companies that participated in the 2018 Best Places to Work program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. In turn, this report can be used in developing or enhancing employee retention and recruitment programs.
The actual rankings for the companies will be unveiled at a May 3rd awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis.
