Bill is the stormwater group head and vice president of IT with professional experience in stormwater and combined sewer separation projects. He is responsible for the planning, scheduling and technical quality control/quality assurance of all our stormwater projects. Bill is a recognized leader in stormwater management. His areas of expertise are planning and modeling. Bill prepares comprehensive stormwater or combined sewer system models for airports and communities throughout the state.
